What is the Expo Zone?
The Expo Zone is the heart of Bansko Bike Fest – the central hub where participants, spectators, and all cycling enthusiasts gather between events. Here you'll find leading cycling and outdoor brands, bikes for testing, a mobile bike service, an information desk, and a Party Zone for the final celebration.
Whether you're participating in an event or just coming to look around – the Expo Zone is a must-visit. It's located on Vazrazhdane Square and is open from 09:00 to 17:00 on the festival days.
Reception - Your starting point
The Bansko Bike Fest reception is the only official point for registration and information during the festival. Here you will find everything you need before the start: registration, start numbers, an information pack, and answers to all your questions.

Bike Tests – Try before you buy
Would you like to test out the latest MTB model before you buy it? You have this opportunity in the test zone of Bansko Bike Fest. Leading brands are providing bikes for testing in a specially constructed zone for this purpose.
How recording works:

Important
Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
Appropriate cycling clothing and shoes are recommended.
Every participant in a test must sign a declaration of responsibility.
Mobile Bicycle Service – On site, when you need it
During the festival, we will have a mobile bike service in the Expo Zone. If your bike needs an adjustment, a tyre change, or any technical repair before or after the event, our technicians are here to help.
What does the service cover:
- Tyre replacement and repair (incl. tubeless seals);
- Setting up derailleurs and brakes;
- Chain replacement;
- Basic technical checks and settings;
- Small on-site repairs.
Important
The mobile service operates on a walk-in basis – no prior appointments are necessary for standard services.
For more complex repairs, it may be necessary to wait.

In the Expo Zone, you'll find stands from leading bicycle brands, shops, and accessory suppliers. Browse, try, and chat directly with representatives from your favourite brands.
How many wheels can I test in a day?
There is no limit to the number of tests you can do. However, to do a quality test on a bicycle, you need at least 15 minutes, so don't rush.
How do you request a bike test ride?
To have the opportunity to test a bicycle, you need to register on our website and specify which day of the festival you wish to try one. After that, you must go to the reception of the expo zone, collect your identification number that matches your order, and then go and show it to the exhibitor of the bicycle you are interested in. All exhibitors will have a pre-prepared list of everyone registered for bike testing.
Where can I test the bike?
Adjacent to the Expo zone, a specially constructed Test zone will be available, where you can test the bicycle of your choice on various surfaces, elements, and sections.
The purpose of the Test Zone is to enable you to test the full capability of the bicycle you have chosen within a short period of time and area.

Party Zone - Because the finish is just the beginning
The end of the route isn't the end of the day. Celebrate with all participants in the Bansko Bike Fest Party Zone – music, good vibes, and a well-deserved drink included with the price of every ticket.
The Party Zone is open to everyone – you don't need to be an event participant to join. Bring your family, friends, and anyone who wants to soak up the festival atmosphere.
